The sweet and savoury buffet breakfast is included in the bed and breakfast rate and is served every morning from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
During international trade fairs, breakfast service will start earlier, from 7:00 AM.
Is the restaurant open for lunch and dinner?
Hotel Baia Imperiale offers bed and breakfast (B&B) and half board with dinner included.
The restaurant is not open for lunch; however, in the immediate vicinity you will find a wide selection of pizzerias, trattorias, and restaurants to suit every taste.
Dinner service is generally available from the beginning of April until October.

Do you offer lactose-free products for breakfast?
Yes, some lactose-free products are available at breakfast.
We kindly invite you to inform us of any intolerances or allergies at the time of booking or upon arrival.
Do you offer gluten-free products for guests with coeliac disease?
Our restaurant is not AIC-certified and does not have a kitchen exclusively dedicated to the preparation of gluten-free meals.
However, we frequently welcome guests with gluten intolerance and we do our utmost to accommodate their needs with great care and attention.
At breakfast, some packaged gluten-free products are available.
For dinner, our Chef will be happy to recommend naturally gluten-free dishes or suitable adaptations, depending on the daily menu.
However, we cannot guarantee the total absence of cross-contamination, as all meals are prepared in a single kitchen.
We therefore kindly invite guests with coeliac disease or severe allergies to carefully consider this information and to inform us of any specific requirements at the time of booking.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, cash, and bank transfers.
Bank cheques are not accepted.
Is the city tax included?
No, the city tax is €4.00 per person per day (for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights).
Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the period and the selected rate.
We kindly invite you to check the specific conditions at the time of booking.
Can I pay at the hotel?
If you have booked directly with us, we usually require a deposit to confirm the reservation, which may vary depending on the number of nights booked.
The remaining balance is due at check-in.
For multiple room bookings, groups, or during trade fairs and special events, in addition to the deposit, the full prepayment of the reservation may be required by an agreed deadline.

No, the hotel does not have accessible rooms or common areas suitable for guests with disabilities.
Do you have parking available?
Hotel Baia Imperiale offers parking spaces in a partner outdoor parking area (Nautiparking), located 500 metres from the hotel. Guests will receive an electronic badge, allowing them to enter and exit freely at any time.
The cost is €15.00 per day (€20.00 per day from 20 July to 26 August). Advance reservation is required.
We also have 4 parking spaces inside the hotel, available at a cost of €25.00 per day. In this case, guests are kindly asked to leave their car keys at the reception. Advance reservation is required.
During the low season, it is also possible to find free public parking spaces near the hotel.
Are pets allowed?

Yes, small pets (up to 10 kg) are welcome, subject to prior notice at the time of booking.
A supplement of €9.00 per day applies. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.
At Lido San Giuliano, the beach located directly in front of the hotel, there is a dedicated pet-friendly area available during the summer season, subject to advance reservation and availability.
No additional fee is charged on the beach. Pets can enjoy a dedicated fountain and bowls available at the beach entrance.
Guests are kindly asked to bring their pet’s health record booklet; otherwise, a liability waiver must be signed.
Bathing in the sea is not permitted for pets during the summer season, in accordance with local regulations.
